Privacy Policy

Effective from 29 June 2026. This policy describes how we handle the personal data you provide to us in connection with the Rampify service.

1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Juicymo s.r.o., Company ID 29411653, with its registered office at Na baště sv. Ludmily 248/11, Hradčany, 160 00 Prague 6, Czech Republic. For any matters concerning personal data protection, contact us at info@rampify.cz.

2. What data we process and why

We only process personal data that you provide to us yourself when you contact us or book a demo.

• Contact by e-mail or phone: name, e-mail address, phone number, and the content of your message. Purpose: handling your inquiry and mutual communication. Legal basis: steps taken prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Demo booking: we use the Google Calendar appointment scheduling service to arrange demos; you fill in your name, e-mail, and the selected time. Purpose: arranging and holding the demo. Legal basis: steps taken prior to entering into a contract and legitimate interest.

3. Recipients and processors

Personal data is accessible only to authorized staff of the controller and to processors who provide services for us:

• Google (Google Ireland Limited, or Google LLC): the appointment calendar and e-mail/office services through which we receive and manage demo bookings and communication.

We do not sell personal data, nor do we pass it on to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Transfers outside the European Union

Some processors (particularly Google) may process personal data outside the EU/EEA, typically in the United States. In such cases, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards under the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

5. How long we keep the data

We keep personal data for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and our mutual communication. If the contact does not lead to a cooperation, we usually delete the data no later than 24 months after the last contact, unless the law requires a longer retention period.

6. Cookies

The Rampify website itself does not use analytics or marketing cookies. When you open the Google appointment calendar, Google may set its own cookies necessary for the booking to work; their processing is governed by Google's policies.

7. Your rights

With respect to your personal data, you have the right of access, the right to rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, the right to object to processing, and the right to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, www.uoou.gov.cz.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, together with its effective date.
